Installation Environment
1. Ambient temperature -25°C～+50°C, and average temperature within
24 hours does not exceed +35°C
2. Clean air, daily average relative humidity does not exceed 95%,
monthly mean value does not exceed 90%
3. The meter box should be installed vertically and the angle of
inclination should not exceed 5°
4. The installation site should be chosen where there is no violent
vibration, shock, or insufficient corrosion of electrical
components
5. Because the materials used in the meter box are not resistant to
alkalis, oxidizing acids, amines, and ketones, and are soluble in
chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic solvents, they should not be
used in contact with or used with these chemical substances
6. During usage, the surface of the meter box should be maintained
and cleaned. Sharp objects and hard objects should be avoided from
scratching the surface of the meter box
7. In order to extend the service life of the meter and the switch
in the meter box, the meter box should be installed in a cool and
dry place to avoid direct sunlight for a long time. It is
recommended that the meter be installed indoors. The outdoor
installation must select the back surface of the building and there
should be shelter on the top to prevent the high wall rainwater
from soaking and scouring in the event of heavy rain
Installation Instructions
1. The fixed position used in the meter box to be fixed on the wall
or on the cross pole is inside the box, so the box must be opened
before installation, the two fixing screws on upper cover located
under the middle of the meter box must be removed firstly, and then
open the box according to the instruction here.
2. According to the position of the installation hole, the
installation hole will be made in the corresponding wall position,
Then the expansion tube is placed, and fixed the base to the wall,
then installed upper cover.
